So what is Intray.biz?

Intray.biz is the PC-based version of the classic paper-based intray activity.

Designed for ease-of-use for managers and HR professionals alike. Intray.biz replaces the cumbersome traditional approaches to running in-tray actvities.

The self contained programme allows for candidates to more realistically replicate working-life, by staging the intray items as emails.

The intray activity assesses 5 distinct competences which, through research from various organisations and bodies have been seen to be the most appropriate to assess in this way. They are:
